Editorial principles

Health information starts with clear evidence.

The GLP1 Helper library helps readers understand everyday care during GLP-1 treatment. Translation language and the country to which medical information applies are managed separately.

Who writes the articles?

The GLP1 Helper editorial team researches and summarizes public sources. Current articles have not received individual medical-expert review. We do not present the service as having medical credentials or clinical validation.

Which sources do we use?

We prioritize public-health agencies, approved product information, professional recommendations and peer-reviewed research. Each article lists original URLs, source types and check dates. Information approved in one country is not assumed to apply in another.

How do we manage languages and countries?

A translation does not automatically change the prescribing rules discussed. Check the scope displayed in each article. Country-specific adaptations require a review of that country’s approved information and sources.

How do we explain research?

We describe the population, study conditions, observation period and meaning of numerical results. Group averages are not individual predictions. We do not guarantee that the app produces weight loss, preserves muscle or prevents weight regain.

How are corrections made?

When sources change or an error is found, we review the relevant statements and update the date. Publication and update dates reflect actual content changes; rebuilding the website alone does not change them.

What are the limits of this information?

This library does not diagnose or prescribe. Discuss medication choices, dose changes, stopping, restarting and individual nutrition or exercise goals with a clinician. In an emergency, prioritize your local emergency number or emergency care.

What does a citation mean?

Citing an organization does not mean that it certifies or endorses the GLP1 Helper app.
